YOUNG BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE PORT OF BRISTOL 1690Book 6 of 6 – The Great water balloon ambushHere is the summary of the Story:In 1690s Bristol, young Edward Teach (future Blackbeard) leads his crew in their most daring raid yet—ambushing their own parents' picnic with water balloons. After days of restless boredom aboard The Salty Pickle, Edward masterminds the attack: modified spud cannons launch pig-bladder balloons, Charles leads a bucket brigade, and Anne's piercing scream signals the assault. The crew infiltrates the meadow with military precision, soaking the unsuspecting adults in a glorious, chaotic battle. Though initially stunned, the parents join the fun, surrendering their soggy sandwiches with laughter. This final adventure showcases Edward's tactical genius and flair for dramatic command—qualities that would later make him history's most feared pirate. The story blends authentic period details with childhood whimsy, concluding the series by demonstrating how Blackbeard's legendary leadership began with simple backyard adventures and loyal friends who followed him into any mischief. This is the last of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy this final instalment, and it's only $3.the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes being accordion, fiddle, harmonica and bango in a classical sea shanty jig. The closing music ends the tale on a similar jig and at about 2 minutes with the same musical instruments but more upbeat looking forward to the next episode. The story itself runs to about 35 minutes is narrated in my own voice. I do hope you enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!Christopher Allen - At your service

OUR FAIRY KINGDOM – ENGLAND 1885Book 1 of 6 April AwakeningsThis story is summarized as follows:In 1885, siblings Mabel and Leopold Pembroke, aged 13 and 11, secretly explore the forbidden ancient woodland near their Surrey estate, Pembroke Manor. Mabel, scientifically minded, documents nature, while Leopold, a dreamer, sketches its beauty. One day, they discover a glowing fairy ring. Ignoring Mabel’s warnings, Leopold steps inside—and vanishes. Panicked, Mabel follows and is transported to Sylvandale, the Fairy Kingdom. Guided by the mischievous Puck, they meet Queen Titania and King Oberon, who reveal they were chosen to bridge the human and fairy worlds. Through lessons with fairy craftsmen and healers, they learn humility, respect for nature, and the value of all beings. When they return home, time has barely passed, but they’re profoundly changed. They begin challenging their family’s rigid Victorian norms, sharing Sylvandale’s wisdom subtly. Though doubted by siblings, they inspire the younger ones and plan to keep the magic alive, hoping to someday reconnect with the fairies. This is the first of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy it only $3.The initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 3 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, male vocals, instruments are Harp,Flute,French Horn,Oboe,Organ, Genre is Operatic Orchestral and of course Classical and the mood is Passionate yet Serene.
